University of Sargodha issues Pharm D 2nd annual exams schedule 2015

Sargodha: University of Sargodha (UOS) has made an important announcement for all the concerned candidates of Pharm D. According to the issued notification by authorities of university, the applicants of pharm D can submit their forms for Pharm D 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd,4^th and 5^th Pro second annual exams 2015 along with single through the principals of their respective colleges till May 20^th, 2016.

So far, university has not announced any confirm date for commencement of exams. Whenever, it will be announce we will update it here.

Fee schedule for Pharm D second annual exams is as follows:

Pharm D 1^st / 2^nd /3^rd Prof              Rs 3300/-

Pharm D 4^th / 5^th Prof                      Rs 3850/-

Important Note:

Admissions forms are available at the official website of university (www.uos.edu.pk). Students can download forms from university website.

Students are required to submit fee in any branch of Habib Bank Limited in Acct No (04237900985603) on Bank challan. Banker’s Cheque or Demand Draft will not be entertained.
