UET Lahore to announce ECAT entrance test result on July 24th

Lahore: The combined Engineering college admission test for University of Engineering and technology as well as for other government sector engineering colleges crosswise the province was conducted on Sunday (July 17^th, 2016).

As per the statement issued by University of Engineering and Technology, over 41K aspirants appeared in the test BS Engineering and BS Technology. The test was taken at the same time from 10:00am to 11:40am at 13 examination centres in Punjab.

Almost 12,723 candidates appeared in the test conducted by UET, Lahore. Total 5,019 candidates appeared in Islamabad, 6,000 in Multan, 4,228 in Faisalabad, 2,834 in Kala Shah Kaku, 1,763 in Bahawalpur, 1,055 in Rahim Yar Khan, 1,642 in Sahiwal, 660 in Mianwali, 2,266 in Gujrat, 2,735 in Taxila whereas 359 in Rasul.

Vice Chancellor Fazal Ahmad Khalid visited some examination centres. He said that necessary steps had been taken to ensure the transparency as well as merit. He said he was satisfied along with the arrangements.

The result for ECAT test 2016 will be announced on July 24^th, 2016.
