Faisalabad: The Centre for Integrated Research, Technology and Complete Solutions will be set up soon at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) programme of Higher Education Commission.
This statement was given by the VICE chancellor of UAF Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan during a meeting along with the Higher Education Commission Adviser on CPEC Muhammad Asghar at the Syndicate Room.

Asghar said the country will observe an economic change that will assist in ensuring the justifiable development because of the CPEC.
Calling CPEC a hallmark step that will assist in changing the lives of people, he asked people to learn the Chinese language.
He furthermore added that the country lacks qualified manpower in few regions of the engineering, including mining engineering, railway engineering, logistics etc. for which perceptible steps were required.

He urged the agricultural professionals to identify the weak zones in the agriculture so that the intellectuals could be sent for higher studies abroad to get benefit from the experience of other states.
