Sindh University student allegedly commits suicide in hostel room

Jamshoro: According to a private news channel, the dead body of the final year female student was found hanging in room number 36 of Undergraduate Hostel for Girls inside University of Sindh Jamshoro.

The administration of the university and police rushed to the location upon informing.

Police in an effort to get into the room had to break the doors and hereafter recovered the dead body.

The dead Naila Rind was a student of Sindhi Department of the University of Sindh, Jamshoro.

Afterwards, the dead body was shifted to Civil Hospital Hyderabad where its postmortem was carried out by the medico legal officer Samina Rajput.

The medico legal officer unveiled that the initial post-mortem apparently exposes that the causation of death is suicide.

The samples of body parts of the deceased have been sent for chemical investigation and where it would be evident as to what is the causation of death apparently.

The dead body was handed over to the family once the legal requirements were completed.

On the other hand, Jamshoro Police also carried out needed investigation to find the facts.
