Lahore: Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Muhammad Sahahbaz Sharif on Wednesday addressed a ceremony organized at Aiwan-e-Iqbal.

While describing the accomplishments of the provincial government, he said that the budget of Punjab Education Endowment fund had been increased from Rs 2 billion to Rs 20 billion, permitting almost 130,000 poor families from the entire, not only Punjab, to benefit from this project.

He furthermore said that PM’s health insurance scheme had already been started in four districts of Punjab, and it will be expanded to cover the entire province.
The government of Punjab will spend Rs 12 billion for this scheme to provide quality medical health which will facilitate 8 million people, said CM.
