Lahore, Punjab University’s Medical and Dental College spokesperson Prof Dr Shaukat Ali has stated that papers for registration of the college have been submitted to the office of regulations and services federal secretary, Islamabad, for onward transmission to the PMDC.
Dr Ali said on Tuesday that Punjab University would start MBBS admissions in the upcoming session if everything went well. He said that admissions would be compiled on merit basis and the college would help the middle class who could not afford medical education in privately managed medical colleges.
He said that people from all walks of life had significantly esteemed the vision of Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran as he is broadening the scope of education in Punjab University.
