Larkana: All the academic activities at all primary level schools crosswise Qambar-Shahdadkot district remained suspended on Monday over suicide by a primary school teacher, who first killed his wife, in Jean Abro village of Qambar town almost four days back.
Shakeel Abro had registered an FIR with the Mahi Makook police station claiming that his brother, Jamil Abro shot dead his wife, Komal Abro, and after that himself under severe mental stress he had been suffering because of the stoppage of his salary for 2 months.

The district section of the Primary Teachers Association (PTA) took out a procession in Qambar to criticize the government for stopping salaries of a large number of teachers in spite of the clearance of their cases in the biometric inspection.
Abdul Rehman Chandio, Daim Rahujo and Aarab Chandio, who led the procession, told the media sources that all affected teachers were under mental stress for not getting their salaries.
