Karachi: The aspirants of University of Karachi on Wednesday staged a protest against sudden increase in semester fee.
All the students gathered in front of the management block of the university and raised the slogans against doubling the fees, which they called completely injustice with the university students.
The protestors blamed that the management of university has increased the semester fee by 100%, which is neither acceptable nor affordable.

They furthermore said that rather the increasing the fees, the management of varsity should restrict their royal expenditures and stop corruption as well as misuse of funds.
They also demanded to improve the falling standard of education in their university by hiring teachers completely on merit. They also demanded investigation into mega corruption and maladministration in the university issues.
The protesting aspirants demanded that the vice chancellor should resolve the matter immediately to end disturbance in student community. They warned of more protests if their demands would not meet.
