Lahore, King Edward Medical University (KEMU) has announced the Admissions for the B.Sc (Hons) 4 Year Program for the Session 2012-2013. Last date for submission of application forms is Nov 20, 2012.

Applications on prescribed forms are invites from suitable candidates for the Admission in 4 YEARS B.Sc (Hons) Degree courses in Allied Health Science at King Edward Medical University, LAHORE For the session of 2013.

KEMU 4-Year BSc (Hons) Admissions 2012-13

The King Edward Medical University (KEMU) has more importance for the medical students and it is their dream to graduate from this institute. Application forms are available from the office of Assistant Registrar (Allied Health Sciences) King Edward Medical University

Eligibility criteria for admission is: Minimum educational qualification required for all above categories is F.Sc (Pre-Medical) Age limit 17-25 years on the closing date, Domicile of Punjab.

Application forms are available from the office of Assistant Registrar (Allied Health Sciences) King Edward Medical University, Lahore.

Admission forms complete in all respects along with all required documents should reach the Assistant Registrar( Allied Health Sciences) King Edward Medical University, Lahore up to Nov 20, 2012 by hand not by post.

Merit list of successful candidates shall be displayed on Dec 05, 2012, second merit list on Dec 15, 2012 while third on Dec 25, 2012.

Regular classes shall commence from Jan 01, 2013.

An applicant is directed to observe instructions before filling the application form. The application form found to be incomplete or containing incorrect information will not be accepted /entertained. Moreover candidate will be responsible for any sort of delay or loss.

Each applicant (male/female) must enclose five latest passport size photographs (with sky blue background), duly attested along with application form. One photograph must be pasted at specified place on page 1 and others 4 to be attached along with the form. Applicant name & father name must be mentioned on the back side of photograph.

1. A certificate of good moral character.
2. Attested 4 photocopies of Provisional Certificate or result card of last examination.
3. Attested 4 photocopies of matriculation certificate.
4. Attested 4 photocopies of Intermediate Certificate.
5. Attested 4 photocopies of Computerized National Identity Card.
6. Attested 4 Photocopies of father Computerized National Identity Card.
7. Attested 4 photocopies Domicile Certificate.
8. Attested photocopy of Hafiz-e-Quran Sanad (where applicable)
9. 5 attested passport sized photographs.
