Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi has now make a decision to replace all its scheduled admission tests for the undergraduate, graduate as well as postgraduate programs with Alternative Assessment Criteria because of the current situation across the country due to the spread of Covid-19.
IBA Announces Not To Conduct Admission Test For Different Programs
The admission tests which were announced to conduct on July 19th and July 26th, 2020 for MBA Executive, all MS and PhD Programs, BSCS, BS Economics and Mathematics and MS Data Science programs will not take place now.

Alternative Assessment Criteria Announced By IBA
Though, the university has now announced the alternative assessment criteria in this regard. According to this given details, the candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on the criteria highlighted by the Admissions Committee.
Announcement by Executive Director IBA
While announcing all these changes in the policy, Executive Director of IBA Dr. S Akbar Zaidi said that the IBA Karachi has successfully accustomed to the challenges caused by Covid-19 pandemic by quickly shifting to online classes as well as by replacing on-campus admission tests along with the substitute Assessment Criteria. He moreover said that this timely and hands-on approach has assisted us in taking the edge of the detrimental effects of Covid-19 on the academic future of our current and future aspirants.
