The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi has officially announced the opening of admissions for the National Talent Hunt Orientation Program (NTHP) 2026, a fully funded training initiative designed to empower talented and financially deserving students from across Pakistan. The NTHP Orientation Program is a three-week online training session, entirely free for selected candidates. The purpose of the program is to prepare deserving students for IBA’s entrance exam through structured preparation.

To apply, students must be financially deserving and meet one of the two academic requirements listed below:
Students who scored 80% or above in HSSC-I (1st Year) exams in 2025 from any Board of Secondary & Intermediate Education in Pakistan.
Must be appearing in HSSC-II (2nd Year) exams in 2026.
Students who scored 80% or above in HSSC-II examinations in 2025.
These criteria ensure that only academically strong and deserving students are shortlisted for the program.

IBA has clarified that:
Only a limited number of NTHP scholarships will be awarded.
Scholarships are offered only to students who successfully pass the IBA Undergraduate Aptitude Test (Round 02) after completing the NTHP Orientation Program.
Final scholarship decisions will be made by the IBA Scholarship Committee.
Admission through NTHP does not guarantee a scholarship or financial assistance.
The summer semester is not included in any scholarship package.
