Gujranwala: Board of Intermediate and secondary education Gujranwala has assigned the paper checking duties to 6 thousands teachers of Matric (10th) class.
The regular process of marking of the papers will start from 15th June 2020. Around 35 centers will be allocated for paper checking and CCTV cameras will be installed in the centers across the region.
The teachers will be trained about the security measures to be taken before the process of paper checking.
According to sources the board and management has completed all the arrangements regarding the paper checking of Matric.
Examination controller Nasir Mehmood Awan said that the process of marking will start after a few days. The number of rooms at the paper checking center has been increased.
He also said that the SOPs will be observed during the marking of Matric class papers to avoid the spread of coronavirus. The staff will be trained accordingly.
The Federal Minister of Education Shafqat Mehmood on 14th May announced that the paper of 10th class will be checked in 90 days and the result of the students who appeared in those exams will be prepared after checking of the board papers.
Now the BISEGRW has announced that the paper checking will start from 15th June of 10th class.
