Govt. College of Home Economics, Lahore organized its 45th Convocation

Government College of Home Economics, Gulberg Lahore has conducted its 45th Convocation at the college Auditorium. The Education Minister of the Province Rana Mashood Ahmad honored the occasion through his presence as the chief guest of the ceremony. 650 degrees, 37 medals as well as 7 Rolls of Honour were granted to the aspirants in the convocation. Principal of the university, Prof. Dr. Samia Kalsoom welcomed the guests of honors as well as presented the annual report of the college.

Rana Mashood Ahmad appreciated the hard work of the principal as well as of the faculty members of University. Dr. Samia Kalsoom also highlighted the attainments of the aspirants in different fields. The Principal of Home Economics College also shows up the scope of Home Economics. She said that graduates from this institution are now serving the society as the Nutritionists, Art & Fashion designers, as well as educators. Furthermore, they are serving as the trainers to physically disturbed children.
