FPSC Announced Test Schedule and Centres For General Recruitment Phase-VI/2025
The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has confirmed by officially announcement that General Recruitment (Phase-VI/2025) screening (MCQ) and written (Descriptive) Tests will be held between 22nd November to 27th November 2025. The tests will be conducted in some of the major cities of Pakistan including D.I. Khan, Gilgit, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Skardu and Sukkur. These are the cities considered to be test centres to accommodate the candidates of all regions so that they can be easily accessible and the examination venues are fairly distributed.
FPSC has highlighted that the candidates are supposed to read the centres assigned to them cautiously as indicated in their Admission Certificates, which will be put up on the official FPSC site in the second week of November 2025. It is highly recommended of the candidates to visit the FPSC portal regularly to keep in contact with all the announcements and notifications that involve the schedule and the place of their examination.

Change of Centre Procedural Announced
FPSC has given a bound procedure, time conscious to candidates requiring a Change of centre to undertake the next Phase- VI/2025 exams. The change of centre online application portal, as per the official announcement, will be open between 19th October 2025 and 23rd October 2025. During this period, the candidates are required to fill their requests in the official FPSC website.
The Commission has explicitly stated that a change of centre application will not be taken and it must be in the form of manual or written applications. This online-only process guarantees transparency, efficiency, and accuracy in dealing with requests of candidates.
In addition, FPSC has made it very clear that in case a candidate is appearing in several cases and seeks a centre change in just one, all other related cases will automatically have a corresponding centre change to the current request. This regulation discourages confusion and promotes similarity in the place of examination of a candidate in various posts or cases.
Applicants that fail to send an email request of centre change within the specified period of time will have the most recently selected examination centre taken as the final one in all tests under Phase-VI/2025. FPSC encourages all applicants to work early within the stipulated dates so as to prevent any inconvenience in the future.
Important Instructions for Candidates
The FPSC had emphasized that candidates must not wait long before they test their profiles and verify that they have properly entered their personal and examination information. The final confirmation of the test date, time, and venue will be in the form of the Admission Certificates that will be uploaded during the second week of November 2025. Any change will not be acceptable after that time.
In order to avoid time problems at the end, candidates should:
- Consistently visit the official FPSC site (www. fpsc.gov.pk) for updates.
- Application of change centre submit between October 19 and October 23, 2025, applications to change centre, only via the official online portal.
- Print a copy of their Admission Certificate safe, once it is ready.
One should also make sure that the applicants check their login demands in advance to prevent technical challenges during the online change window. The shift of FPSC to digital processing is an indication of its continued efforts to make its recruitment process transparent, convenient, and corruption-free.
