The CrossCulture Program in Germany 2025 is popularly known as CCP Fellowships. It is an international exchange program in Germany, which enables intercultural dialogue and exchange among professionals from other nations. This fellowship in Europe is fully sponsored by the German Federal Foreign Office, in close collaboration with the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen in Germany.

CrossCulture leadership

The CrossCulture leadership and exchange program supports fellows in developing professional competencies besides the building of new contacts with intercultural competencies. Requirements for the CrossCulture Program in Germany 2025

• Between 23 and 45 years
• Participants from more than 40 countries across the globe, including Pakistan are eligible
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• At least two years of professional experience in civil society organizations
• Good physical and mental health
• Completely filled and signed application form
• A short motivation letter that describes why you would like to attend the CCP
• Application sheet; CV: latest CV showing relevant professional work experience and skills, education
• Letter of recommendation coming from the supervisor or colleague.
• Document of English language proficiency that can be TOEFL or IELTS or language certificates etc.
• Employment contracts, certificates proving your professional experience.The applicant shall comply with the visa condition by the German government.
• Applicant holds medical insurance cover that will ensure the applicant cover for the duration spent in Germany
• Promise to return the applicant must assure returning to the mother country after course completion.
