Eligibility

Be a citizen of or have fugitive status in an eligible Commonwealth country

Must hold anyway an upper second class (2:1) honors degree
Not have studied or worked in a high-income country for more than one year.
Not be able to get studies in the UK without this scholarship
He must meet the English language proficiency necessities of the host university.
