It is notified for the information of all interested candidates that Allama Iqbal Open University spring admissions 2023 are going to start soon. Allama Iqbal Open University is opening spring semester admissions 2023 for all the programs (all from Matric to PhD). Interested students will be able to submit their admission applications from 15th January 2023. All the candidates who were looking for an affirmative and budget friendly study program for themselves, now can get benefit from the AIOU matric, inter, undergraduate, postgraduate program admissions. AIOU is also offering certificate and post graduate diploma courses.

AIOU Matric and Intermediate Admissions:

Secondary and Higher Secondary admissions are going to be opened soon, from 15th January 2023. All the interested candidates are advised to apply as soon as possible because you can discuss any admissions related problem with the university’s admission office, which cannot be possible in the last days of admissions. Matric and Inter prospectus are available for download on the university’s official website. Overseas Pakistani students can also apply for the Secondary and Higher Secondary admissions online. How to Apply for AIOU Matric and Intermediate Admissions:

• Download the prospectus from the university’s official website or you can purchase it from the university’s main campus and from regional campuses for Rs. 100/-
• Fill out the application form and attach all the requested document and biometrics.
• Submit the application processing fee challan at any UBL, MCB, ABL and FWB branch and can also be submitted by jazz cash, easypaisa and other mobile wallet services (application processing fee is non-refundable and will be different for inter and matric programs)
• You will find a University’s address label on the fee challan form, detach that University’s address label. Attach the university copy of challan form to your application form and put it into an envelope.
• Paste the University’s address label that you detached earlier onto the envelope and submit it to your nearest Pakistan post office. Be aware, do not pay any money to post office employee, you application will be sent free of cost.   

AIOU Graduate and Postgraduate Admissions:

AIOU will be accepting spring admission applications for various bachelors, masters and PhD program from 15th January 2023 onwards.  AIOU will determine the Bachelors program admission merit on academic record and for the admission in Masters and PhD programs, university will conduct a test or interview. We advise students to apply for AIOU Spring Admissions 2023 at the earliest hour because there will be thousands of candidates applying for the same program you want. AIOU continuing students can also apply online through the university’s website. Following are name of all the bachelors, masters and PhD programs for which AIOU is accepting admissions:

AIOU Graduate and Undergraduate Admission Process:

• You can download the prospectus from https://aiou.edu.pk/prospectus 
• Or submit the admission application online at http://fmbp.aiou.edu.pk 
• To submit your application online set an AIOU account by providing you basic details like name, CNIC Number, mobile phone and email etc.
• After setting up the account, click “apply now” button and fill out the admission form.
• Attach scanned copies of all the requested documents.
• Generate the application processing fee challan and submit the fee in any UBL, MCB, ABL and FWB branch or submit using jazz cash, easypaisa and Upaisa services.  
• After submitting your application processing fee, upload the receipt on your account and finally you can submit your application.

ALP-Middle Tech, Certificate and PG Diploma Courses Admissions:

Allama Iqbal Open University is also offering certificate courses and post graduate diplomas in this spring admissions in various fields. Also for the first time AIOU is offering ALP-Middle Tech program, this program is especially designed for the teenagers and young adults who couldn’t complete their school education due to some reason. AIOU ALP-Middle Tech will help those candidates to complete their school education in less time through online learning management system. AIOU Financial Assistance:

• AIOU is also offering financial assistance to the deserving students (candidates will be determined according to the university’s policy).
• Transgender, prisoners and disabled candidates will be able to study at AIOU without a cost.
• Candidates from Gilgit/Baltistan, Balochistan and former FATA resident will be able to study in matric programs for free.
