    THIS IS MY PERSONAL OBSERVATION THAT THE STUDENTS WHICH GET HIGHER MARKS IN METRIC GET GOOD TEACHERS AND SECTION(A,B) AND THE STUDENTS WHICH GET LOW MARKS IN METRIC GET VERY LOW QUALITY TEACHERS AND SECTION (C,D)WHICH MEANS THEY FOCUS ON INTELLIGENT STUDENTS MEANS THOSE TEACHERS WHO ARE FRESHED OUT OF UNIVERSITY HAVING NO EXPERIENCE OF TEACHING TEACH C,D SECTION BUT FACILITIES ARE GREAT
