As of 2024, PIMS has introduced a detailed fees structure aimed at meeting the more diversified academic programs on offer by the institute. Such fees have different levels in respect to courses and levels being undertaken, thereby guaranteeing the right learning process in areas that they study.

Tuition Fees
The fee for undergraduate programs is around PKR 800,000 per year. These charges include all basic PIMS resources, such as all modern classrooms, labs, and libraries. For the postgraduates, the annual tuition is a bit expensive, falling within PKR 1,200,000 per year. The fee includes opportunities in advanced and professional coursework training, helping to prepare students for professional challenges in their chosen fields.
Other Charges
In addition to tuition fees, students will have to budget for other bills that they will incur within their term period. Examination fees run at around PKR 20,000 a semester. Cost that students will incur is books, materials, and supplies during their semester which will amount to around PKR 15,000 to PKR 25,000. Room charges within the campus range from PKR 30,000 up to PKR 50,000 a semester.
