For Admission in B.Sc. Engineering Programs and Other Disciplines Offered by UET Lahore

Introduction

In accordance with the Government of Punjab's directive, UET Lahore has been conducting the Combined Entrance Test (ECAT) for admission into public sector engineering institutions of Punjab since 1999. As per the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) guidelines, this test is mandatory for admission into undergraduate engineering programs in both public and private institutions.

• This is the second and final ECAT attempt for the year 2025.

• Candidates can appear multiple times; the best score will be considered for merit.

• This ECAT score is valid for Fall 2025 admissions at UET.

1. Orientation Session

Date: Thursday, June 12, 2025
Duration: 15 minutes
Purpose: Familiarize candidates with the computer-based test system.

3. Eligibility

Anyone may appear in the test; however, appearance does not guarantee eligibility for admission. Admission will depend on meeting other eligibility requirements of respective programs.
