1st Year Admissions – Pharm-D / DPT Courses

Candidates who have passed Intermediate (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent examination (HSSC-II / A-Level or equivalent) are eligible to apply.

Additionally, applicants must:

Have appeared in MDCAT 2024 (Retake) and obtained a minimum of 309 marks.
Provide the following required documents:
- Matriculation Mark Sheet & Certificate
- Father’s and Mother’s CNIC/B-Form
- Candidate’s CNIC/B-Form
- Four (04) passport-size photographs
- Bank Deposit Slip: A payment of PKR 3,000 must be made to MCU Account No: 20259385831000344.

Download and print the filled online application form.
Attach attested copies of required documents verified by a Grade-17 or above officer.
Submit the completed application in person at the Admission Directorate, SMBBMU by February 25, 2025.

Candidates must be under 24 years of age.
Applications submitted after the deadline or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Clearly mention the name of the course (Pharm-D / DPT) in bold letters on the application.
The university and its affiliated institutes are recognized by HEC and relevant councils.
