MBBS and BDS Admissions
Admissions for Public and Private Medical and Dental Colleges in Punjab for Session 2024-2025
Admissions Policy:
As per the Government of Punjab’s notification dated October 10, 2024, and the directives issued by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) on February 2, 2025, candidates are invited to apply for admission to public and private sector medical and dental colleges. Admissions will adhere to the guidelines set by the relevant authorities.

General Instructions:
- Applicants are required to meet all eligibility criteria outlined by PMDC and the Government of Punjab.
- Candidates applying under reserved or disability quotas must present original documents certified by a government authority and provide medical evidence of their condition.
- Reserved seats are available for candidates meeting specific conditions; however, general merit admissions will follow standard protocols.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed their intermediate or equivalent education (F.Sc. or A-levels) with at least 65% aggregate marks.
- International candidates who have completed 12 years of equivalent education may apply but must submit equivalency certificates.
- Applicants must have cleared MDCAT 2023 or MDCAT 2024 with a minimum score of 55% for MBBS and 50% for BDS.

- For BDS: http://private-bds.uhs.edu.pk
- Any discrepancies in provided documents or false submissions may result in application rejection.
- Candidates must deposit a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 through the Bank of Punjab (BoP) and upload the deposit slip during the application process.
