The number of seats may vary slightly after the annual exam results.

Prospectus and admission forms are available for PKR 4,000. Applicants must bring an original NADRA computerized birth certificate or Form-B; forms will not be issued without these documents.

Admission forms can be collected from January 13 to February 10, 2025, during office hours (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM).

An online admission form system has been introduced. Interested individuals can apply online by visiting www.mis.gdpsc.org and following the instructions.

No shift changes are allowed from the second shift to the first shift.
Submission of Admission Forms:

Fully completed forms will be accepted from February 3 to February 13, 2025.

For Pre-Nursery and Nursery classes, admission will include tests/interviews. For other classes, written exams in English, Urdu, and Mathematics will be conducted. Test dates will be provided upon submission of admission forms.
