ADMISSION NOTICE

PhD in Psychiatry / Public Mental Health

Applications are invited from talented and highly motivated candidates based in Pakistan for a fully funded full-time PhD position in Public Mental Health, for admission to the PhD Programme in Mental Health for the academic session 2025–26.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications:

  • MBBS

  • FCPS or equivalent in Psychiatry, or candidates who have completed FCPS training in Psychiatry

• Age Limit:

  • Up to 40 years

• Preference Will Be Given To:

  • Master's degree holders in:

    • Global Health

    • Public Health

    • Epidemiology

    • Biostatistics

    • Health Research
      (from PMDC/HEC-recognized university/institution)

  • Candidates with clinical research experience in mental health

• Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
