Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for admission into MPhil and PhD Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS) program session spring 2025 according to the following details.
The interested candidates should fill the admission form available on KMU Portal (https://pgadmissions.kmu.edu.pk) and should upload all the relevant documents on or before closing date.
The candidate will have to deposit Rs.3000/- through bank challan generated after online registration and upload a scan copy of the deposit slip with application.

1. PhD Medical Laboratory Sciences
Eligibility Criteria:
A- Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (16 years) with M. Phil/MS (18 years) in Medical Laboratory Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology /Microbiology/Hematology/ Biotechnology/Blood Banking /Transfusion Medicine/ Immunology and Human Genetics.
B- Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (14 years) with M.Sc. (16 years) & MPhil (18 years) in (Medical Laboratory Technology/Hematology/Virology /Human Genetics /Blood Transfusion/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology /Biotechnology) and M. Phil (18 years)in (Medical Laboratory Technology/ Hematology/Virology/ Human Genetics Blood Transfusion/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology). AND
C- Minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 in semester system or at least 60% marks in annual system.
Institutional Graduate Entry Test (IGET) with passing grade of 70% OR GRE Subject test with passing grade
60% according to GRE Template detailed as:

Eligibility Criteria:
BS MLT (16 years) or B.Sc. MLT (14 years) and M.Sc. (16) years) in Medical Laboratory Technology/Biochemistry /Microbiology/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/ Hematology/Blood Banking.
Minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00 in semester system or at least 60% marks in annual system.
GAT general test with passing grade 50% OR Institutional Graduate Entry Test (IGET) with passing grade of 60%, according to GRE Template detailed as:
