Admission Notice for the Academic Year 2025-2026

Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE)

The general public is hereby informed that admissions have commenced at this institute for the three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) program. Admissions are open in the first year for candidates who have passed the 9th grade and have also appeared in the 10th grade examinations.

Admissions will be granted on a preference-based merit system, based on the marks obtained in the following 9th-grade subjects:

• Mathematics

• English

• Physics

• Chemistry

The following technologies are being offered:

1. Electrical Technology

2. Computer Information Technology

3. Biomedical Technology

4. Software Technology

Important Dates

• Last Date for Submission of Admission Forms:
  Saturday, 14 June 2025

• Display of First Merit List:
  Thursday, 19 June 2025

• Interview & Formal Admission (for Electrical, CIT, and BMT):
  Thursday, 19 June 2025

• Display of Second Merit List, Interview, and Formal Admission:
  Saturday, 21 June 2025

Interview Instructions

Candidates must appear for the interview at 8:30 AM on the scheduled day along with original documents.
Admission forms can be obtained from the college during working hours for a fee of Rs. 3000.

Students granted admission must deposit the first installment of the admission fee on the day of admission.
