Admission Notice for Intermediate (1st Year) – 2025

Applications are invited from eligible female candidates for admission to Intermediate (1st Year) at Government College Women University, Sialkot, starting from May 5, 2025.

Students who have appeared in the Matriculation Annual Examination 2025 can apply for provisional admission based on their 9th-grade results. However, these admissions will be conditional and will only be considered final upon passing the 10th-grade final results.

Admissions will be granted strictly according to the admission policy of the Higher Education Department, Government of Punjab. Please visit the university’s website to view the complete policy.

Application Process

• Admission forms must be submitted online.

• To apply for more than one group, submit a separate application form for each group.

• A separate processing fee must be paid for each group.

• ICS (Computer Science)

• I.Com (Commerce)

• Arts

Required Documents (with printed online admission form)

Submit the following documents to the Intermediate Coordinator via courier or by hand before the deadline:

1. Secondary School / 9th Class Certificate

2. Student’s B-form

3. Three (03) passport-size photographs (with blue background)

4. Father/Guardian’s CNIC

5. Certificate for Hafiz-e-Quran (if applicable)

   • 20 additional marks will be awarded to Hafiz-e-Quran candidates.

Age Limit

• The candidate's age must not exceed 21 years on the last date of application.
