Online Admission Form Availability:

The online application form will be available on the university's website from Monday, February 17, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria:

Intermediate (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent Qualification with a minimum of 60% marks.

Admission to the 5-Year Pharm-D Morning Program under the Self-Finance scheme is subject to passing the entrance test.
Application Procedure & Guidelines:

Interested candidates must read the university's prospectus available on the official website: www.fuuast.edu.pk and then fill out the online admission form.

After completing the online form, candidates must submit two printed copies of the form along with:

Attested copies of all required academic documents.

Four (4) passport-size photographs with a white background.

The processing fee of PKR 5000 must be deposited in any designated bank branch, and the fee deposit voucher should be attached with the admission form.

The admission process will be conducted under the Self-Finance Policy, adhering to the rules of the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan and the HEC guidelines.
Merit Calculation for Admission:

Entry Test Score: 50%

Intermediate Marks: 30%
-
Matric Marks: 20%
Candidates applying based on qualifications from boards other than Pakistan’s recognized boards (such as foreign boards) must submit an equivalency certificate issued by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
