Applications are invited on the prescribed form from suitable candidates for admission into the 4-year Allied Health Sciences Degree in B.Sc. (Hons) Cardiac Perfusion, affiliated with the University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, at Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan for the session 2024-2025.
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or A-Level with an equivalence certificate (determined by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, Islamabad), with at least 50% unadjusted marks.

Entry Test:
UHS Entry Test Result for the session 2024.

Domicile: Punjab.
Availability and Submission of Admission Forms

Form Availability:
Application forms with detailed information can be obtained from the office of the Executive Director, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan. Alternatively, forms can be downloaded from the official website: www.cpeic.punjab.gov.pk.

Submission Deadline:
Admission forms, complete in all respects and accompanied by attested copies of required documents (Matric, F.Sc., UHS Entry Test result 2024, and Domicile), must be submitted to the office of the Executive Director, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan, by Friday, 31-01-2025, till 03:00 PM.

Entry Test: No separate test will be conducted by CPEIC. Applicants must submit the UHS Entry Test result (session 2024).

No hostel accommodation or transport facilities are provided.

The decision of the admission committee will be final.
Fee Structure
-
Tuition Fee: Rs. 30,000/- per year (non-refundable).

UHS Registration Fee: Rs. 6,000/- (as per UHS policy, one-time at admission).

Library Fund: Rs. 2,000/- (one-time at admission).

Penalty Clause:
-
Selected candidates must submit a surety bond worth Rs. 500,000/- at admission.

If a candidate withdraws after joining, the guarantor must pay Rs. 500,000/- to the institute.
Additional Guidelines

Government Employees:
Apply through the proper channel. Advance applications will be accepted, but final selection requires merit fulfillment and an NOC from the concerned department.

Verification Requirement:
IBCC verification of Matriculation and F.Sc. certificates is mandatory for finally selected candidates.
