Cadet College Okara, a prestigious boarding institution for boys, was established in 2005 under the Education & Training Institution Ordinance 1960. The Honorable Governor of Punjab serves as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the College.

1. Admissions Open

Applications are invited for Class 1 admissions for the Session 2025-2027 in the following groups:

• Pre-Medical

• Pre-Engineering

• ICS (General Science)

2. Eligibility Criteria

a. Age Requirement:

• Candidates must be between 15 to 17 years old on or before 1st August 2025.

• Relaxation in Age Limit:

  • 3 months relaxation as per existing rules.

  • 6 months relaxation for Hafiz-e-Quran candidates.

b. Academic Qualification:

• Must have passed Class 9 with at least 70% marks.

• If Class 10 results are not declared, a Hope Certificate must be submitted from the Head of the institution, certifying expected above 70% marks.

• Preference will be given to candidates with higher marks in SSC (Matric) exams.

c. Subject Requirement:

• Applicants must have studied the relevant subjects in SSC for the group they are applying for.

3. Courses Offered and Test Subjects

Written Test Based on Punjab Textbook Board (Class 10 Syllabus):

• Pre-Medical: English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology

• Pre-Engineering: English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
