Cadet College Okara is a prestigious boarding institution for boys, established in 2005 under the Education & Training Institution Ordinance 1960. The Honorable Governor of Punjab serves as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the College. The College invites applications for admission in Class 1st Year (Session 2025-27) for the following academic disciplines:

1. Eligibility Criteria
Age Requirement:

Candidates must be 15 to 17 years old as of 1st August 2025.

A three-month age relaxation can be granted as per prevailing rules.

An additional six-month relaxation is available for Hafiz-e-Quran candidates.

Admission is based purely on open merit.
Academic Qualification:

Candidates must have passed 9th Class Examination with a minimum of 70% marks.

If 10th Class result is not declared by the due date, a Hope Certificate (issued by the Headmaster/Principal) must be provided, stating that the candidate is expected to secure at least 70% marks in SSC.

Preference will be given to candidates with higher marks in SSC Exams when calculating final merit.

The candidate must have studied the relevant subjects in SSC that correspond to the field they are applying for.
2. Courses Offered & Entrance Test
Candidates will be required to appear in a written test based on the Punjab Textbook Board Syllabus of Class 10 in the following subjects:

Pre-Medical: English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology

Pre-Engineering: English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

ICS (General Science): English, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science

Candidates who qualify for the written test will be shortlisted for interviews, medical examinations, and a physical fitness test. (Exact dates will be communicated later.)
