Admission Notice
For Classes 7th/8th | Entry 2025

The entrance test for admission to the 7th and 8th grades at Cadet College Jhelum will be held on March 9, 2025, at Cadet College Jhelum. Applications for participation in this test will be accepted until March 2, 2025.

Application Procedure

Applications for admission can be submitted through the following two methods:

(A) Online Application:

• Visit the college website www.ccj.edu.pk.
• Follow the instructions provided on the website and apply online.

(B) By Post:

• Download the application form from the website www.ccj.edu.pk.
• Attach the prospectus, syllabus, model papers, and a bank draft of PKR 3000 (for the entrance test fee) in favor of Cadet College Jhelum.
• Send the complete application package via post or any courier service to the designated address.

Eligibility Criteria

(A) Educational Qualification:

1. 7th Grade:
   • Students who have passed the 6th grade or are appearing in their 6th-grade annual exams are eligible to apply.
2. 8th Grade:
   • Students who have passed the 7th grade or are appearing in their 7th-grade annual exams are eligible to apply.

(B) Age Limit:

1. 7th Grade:
   • Age should be between 11 to 13 years as of April 2025.
2. 8th Grade:
   • Age should be between 12 to 14 years as of April 2025.

Selection Procedure

1. Admissions will be granted on open merit.
2. Selection will be based on a written test, intelligence test, interview, and medical examination.
3. Subjects for Written Exam (7th/8th Grade):
   • English, General Science, Mathematics, and Urdu (as per the provided syllabus).
