Subject: House Job Training Applications for MBBS Supplementary Examination Session 2018–2023

Applications are invited from the doctors who passed the Final Professional MBBS Supplementary Examination (Session 2018–2023) for House Job training for a period of six months (second term).

Important Information:

• Application Forms are available from the office of the undersigned.

• Candidates must fill out the application forms and submit the original form in person by 07th May, 2025.

• Applications must be accompanied by attested copies of the following documents.

Required Documents:

1. National Identity Card (NIC) and Local/Domicile Certificate.

2. Academic Qualification Certificates:

   • Matriculation Certificate

   • F.Sc. Certificate

   • Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) of Final Year MBBS

3. Character Certificate and Provisional Certificate issued by the Principal, BMC.

4. Provisional License issued by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC).

5. PM&DC Registration Certificate receipt and copy of the bank draft.

6. One recent passport-size photograph.
