Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: 17-25 years.

Academic Qualification:

Candidate must have passed HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks.

Admission Test Requirement:

Candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT) 2025.

Forms can also be obtained in person from the 1st Floor, Department of Pharmacology, Allama Iqbal College of Physiotherapy, from 30th December 2024 (09:00 AM – 01:00 PM).

Submission Deadline: 11th January 2025 (09:00 AM – 01:00 PM) at Allama Iqbal College of Physiotherapy, Lahore.

Application fee of Rs. 2000/- must be deposited at Habib Bank Ltd, Allama Iqbal Medical College Branch using the prescribed challan form. The original receipt must be attached with the application form.
