Applications are invited on the prescribed Admission Form available at CMT, PIMS, for the following F.Sc. programs:

F.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technique

F.Sc. Medical Imaging Technique

F.Sc. Dental Hygiene Technique

F.Sc. Operation Theatre Technique

F.Sc. Ophthalmic Technique

F.Sc. Physiotherapy Technique

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Matric in Science (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) with at least 50% marks in Science subjects and grades A to C.

Maximum age limit: 20 years on the date of advertisement.

Fresh matric candidates will be preferred.

Result awaiting students (SSC 2025) may apply with a “Hope Certificate” from their institutions. Final result must be submitted within 3 days of announcement or the application will be rejected.

Both male and female candidates can apply.

Admission based on: Matric marks and official quota policy.

Candidates who have already passed F.A/F.Sc are not eligible.

Disabled quota applicable as per government policy (disability must be declared at the time of application).

Government employees can apply via proper channel. Advance applications are accepted but NOC must be submitted by 16-08-2025.

No inter-discipline transfers after selection.

Domicile certificate is mandatory with the application form.

Candidates must check the notice board for shortlisted list updates.

Admission forms available at CMT, PIMS at Rs. 700/- per prospectus.

Forms are non-refundable. Check eligibility before purchase.

Matric Marksheet

CNIC/B-Form (student) & CNIC of father/guardian

Domicile Certificate

Two passport-sized photos (one attested on back)

Migration Certificate (original required after admission)

Pay slip/service card (only for PIMS quota applicants)

Disability certificate (if applicable)

🏨 Additional Notes

Admission form will only be issued upon submission of matric marksheet.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Hostel accommodation subject to availability and hostel policy.

Strict action will be taken against forged documents.

Candidates may apply for more than one specialty, but must submit a separate form for each course with clear priority order mentioned.

Competent authority reserves the right to cancel any admission.
