Admission Schedule for the Four-Year BS Program, Session 2025-2029

Students seeking admission to the four-year BS program must obtain the admission form from the BS Coordinator Office and submit the completed form to the BS Coordinator Office. Admission forms can be submitted for the following subjects:

Morning Shift
Information Technology, English, Computer Science, B.Com, BBA

Evening Shift
Information Technology, Computer Science

Admission Conditions:

Candidates who have secured a minimum of 45% marks in FA/FSc or an equivalent examination are eligible for admission.

Students who have completed their 11th-grade annual examination in 2024 and are taking their 12th-grade annual examination in 2025, or who passed the 12th-grade supplementary examination in 2024 with at least 45% marks.

The age limit for admission must not exceed 24 years.

Students from boards other than the Lahore Board must submit their original No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with the admission form at the time of admission.

Students seeking admission based on their 11th-grade examination will be granted provisional admission. Permanent admission is contingent upon the student passing the 12th-grade examination. For provisional admission, a sworn affidavit on a Rs. 100 E-Stamp paper must be submitted with the admission form.

Minority and disabled candidates will be admitted according to the specific government quota.

For admission to the second shift (evening), a separate form must be submitted and clearly marked.

Admission will be granted strictly based on merit.

The first merit list will be displayed on the notice board of the relevant department and on the college website: giccl.edu.pk.

Admission forms can be obtained from the BS Coordinator Office starting from August 8, 2025.

Transport facility will also be available on specified routes.

Note: The last date for submission of admission forms is August 25, 2025.
