Fatima Jinnah Medical University (FJMU), Lahore invites applications from eligible candidates with Punjab domicile for admission to the following M.Phil Programs:

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC.

One year House Job from a PMDC-recognized institution.

Valid Permanent Registration Certificate with PMDC.

Preference will be given to:

Demonstrators of FJMU.

Applicants with relevant departmental work experience (subject to meeting the above eligibility criteria).

Fill the online Application Form and download the Challan Form.

Print the filled Application Form for submission.

Application Fee:

Processing Fee: PKR 5,000 (Non-refundable)

Deposit via bank challan in the account:

Submission:

Attach the original bank slip and the required documents (see below), duly attested, with the printed Application Form.

Submit the complete application to the address provided on the website before the deadline.

Valid PMDC Registration Certificate

Three (03) passport-size photographs

Original bank challan slip (fee: PKR 5,000/-)

NOC from the Head of Institution (for government employees)

Note: Incomplete applications or those containing forged, fake, or false documents/information will be rejected and disqualified.

Admission Process

All eligible applicants will appear in a Written Entrance Test followed by an Interview for merit determination.

Exemption from Written Test:
Applicants holding any of the following qualifications recognized by PMDC are exempted from the written test but must appear in the Interview:

FCPS

MRCP

Diplomate American Board

Equivalent qualifications

Test Format:
MCQ-based test covering subjects from the undergraduate medical curriculum.
Passing Marks: 60%

Note: Passing the test does not guarantee admission.

Government employees must apply through proper channel with a valid NOC.
