When does the university starts registration for BA private students?
The university does not issue registration schedule separately, it registers the students at the time of admission. If a candidate is appearing first time then he would get registration at the time of admission process and he has to submit registration fee along with admission form and fee.
How much registration fee university get?
Candidates appearing as private students have to pay Rs. 1650 as registration fee.

The candidate should fill his / her form himself / herself and get it attested from the Headmaster/Principal of the school/college last attended or Govt. Gazetted Officer. The attestation officer will be held accountable for wrong attestation.

When does the university starts admission for BA private students?
Admission process for BA Part and 2 of private candidates usually starts in January while in April this process ends.
How much admission fee I have to pay?
Candidates appearing in BA Part 1 private exams, have to pay Single Fee of Rs. 2600
Likewise, Single Admission fee for BA Part 2 private exams is Rs. 3200.

Is there any instruction that I should follow?

Examination Admission Forms and fee for Part I and Part II must be submitted separately. No candidate will be allowed to appear in both parts on single Admission Form or single Roll Number.

The candidate must write a personal postal address for university record and Roll number slips, result cards and degrees will be sent to the same address.

If the candidate has failed in one subject of FA/FSc then he has to attach the original fail certificate along with admission form.

Online admission forms can be taken at the Ilmkidunya website and also at the university website and university branch of the UBL bank. Private candidates have to submit application form and fee in UBL branch located the university.

Applicant needed to attach photo copy of registration card and CNIC and Photographs, duly attested, (with sky blue background) and submit in the bank.

The candidate who has passed Intermediate/Higher Secondary examination from some other University/Board should submit the original migration certificate along with photocopies of other certificates.

The candidate is advised to select the subject of his/her choice for admission very carefully. After getting the admission the fee/dues once paid will neither be refunded nor transferred.

Candidates who are residing outside the jurisdiction of Peshawar University required to attach service certificates of their own or their parents along with admission form. Service certificate of private service shall not be acceptable.

All candidates of BA will avail a maximum of five and four consecutive examinations for Part I and Part II respectively, including the initial one to clear all the papers, failing which he/she shall be required to appear in all subjects including practical examinations as a whole.

In case of compartment the candidates who have missed two consecutive chances (availed/un-availed) shall have to appear as a fresh candidate in the full examination.

For improvement of division, the candidates will be required to appear either in both parts simultaneously or in the final examination only. They have two such chances to appear in the current syllabus of the relevant examination within two consecutive years.

Every candidate must sign the Admission Form himself/herself. In case of variation in signature from I.D. Card the candidate will face Impersonation charges.

Admission form and fee through cheque/ Draft/ Pay order or Money order would not be accepted.

Should I submit NOC certificate?
The candidate who is residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of the Peshawar University should submit N.O.C. of the University in whose territorial jurisdiction he/she is residing.
When does the university issues date sheet for BA private candidates?
Peshawar University announces its annual examination date sheets a month before the exams commencement, usually in April.

Peshawar University starts Annual examination for BA private candidates in the month of May every year.
