When does the university start registration for BA private students?
The university does not issue registration schedule separately, it registers the students at the time of admission. If a candidate is appearing first time then he would get registration at the time of admission process and he has to submit registration fee along with admission form and fee.

Which documents are required to attach with admission form?

Candidates who want to improve division must have to pass the subject with one chance within the period of two years.

Online admission forms can be taken at the Ilmkidunya website and also at the university website and nominated branches of the HBL bank. Private candidates have to submit application form and fee in HBL branches located in their areas nominated by the university.

Applicant needed to attach photo copy of registration card and CNIC and Photographs, duly attested, (with sky blue background) and submit in the bank.

Candidates have to deposit the required amount of fee in any Branch of HBL and attach the original slip of bank challan along with the admission form. In case of any deficiency in the fee the form will not be entertained.

The candidate who has passed Intermediate/Higher Secondary examination from some other University/Board should submit the original migration certificate along with photocopies of other certificates.

The candidate who is residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of the Sargodha University should submit N.O.C. of the University in whose territorial jurisdiction he/she is residing.

The private candidate who has offered Science subjects should submit practical certificate of his/her undergone the practical training in a Laboratory recognized by the University. The practical certificate produced by the candidate will be got verified from the Institution concerned.

The candidate is advised to select the subject of his/her choice for admission very carefully. After getting the admission the fee/dues once paid will neither be refunded nor transferred.

The candidate should fill his / her form himself / herself and get it attested from the professor of affiliated colleges of the university or subject specialist at higher secondary school employed as 17 grade officer or above. University will not consider the attestation of other teachers or professor.

Candidates living outside the Bahawalpur division will take the exam at the centers made in the Bahawalpur city.

Candidates who want to change the Examination center after the submission of admission form should apply on a prescribed form, which can be taken from the office on the application. He/she should also deposit or send by Money Order a fee of Rs. 2000/- for change of center.

If a candidate submitting the admission form with late fee, the University reserves the right of allotting any center to such candidate other than that asked in their admission forms.

A candidate who has lost his/her Roll Number slip before the commencement of Examination, can apply for a duplicate copy of the same through a well-know officer, fee for a duplicate copy of the Roll Number is Rs. 200/-only.
