What is registration Card?
After sending the complete registration form to Registration Branch, university issues Registration Card. Duration for issuance of Registration Card is tentatively 45 days after receipt of form.
Can I get registration form through any bank?
Yes candidates can get registration forms at the nominated branches of Habib Bank Ltd and United Bank Ltd at Multan or Dera Ghazi Khan Divisions.
What is the registration criterion?
Students who have passed bachelors or equivalent examination can apply for MA/MSc private examinations or students who have passed bachelors supplementary examination needed to attach the original failure certificate of annual examination with registration form.

Yes, registration process for private candidates usually starts in March and admissions usually start in September after getting the registration. Before getting admission you have to register yourself.
Which documents are required for registration?
BA/BSC Result Card or IBCC equivalence certificate.
The attested copy of CNIC of the candidate or B Form having CNIC number.
One Original Photograph.
NOC if the BA/BSc or equivalent exam has been passed to the Council outside the jurisdiction of the Bahauddin Zakariya University.

Admission process for MA/MSc private students usually starts in September while in November this process ends.
How much admission fee I have to pay?
Candidates appearing in MA private exams, have to pay Single Fee of Rs. 3500 while MSc students have to submit single fee of Rs. 4000/- for both parts.

Is there any document require to attach with admission form?
Yes, Candidates are required to attach the following documents along with the admission form.
Copy of Registration Card.
Copy of B.A./B.Sc. Result Card/Degree.
Copy of M.A./M.Sc. Part-I/ II, Result Card (if already appeared).
N.O.C. / Migration Certificate (if required)
Copy of National Identification Card.
Applicant needed to paste three latest identical passport size Photographs, duly attested, (with sky blue background) at the specified places of the admission form (Name and Father's Name must be mentioned on the back side of photographs).
Is there any instruction that I have to follow?
Candidates have to deposit the required amount of fee in any Branch of Habib Bank Limited. In case of any deficiency in the fee the form will not be entertained.
The Admission form along with original fee payment challan must reach the Bahauddin Zakariya University office within due date otherwise the form will be rejected.
The candidate who has passed Bachelors or equivalent education from some other University/Board should submit the original migration certificate along with photocopies of other certificates.
Supplementary candidates must mention previous session and roll number.
The candidates desiring to improve their division / marks in Part I/II or Part I & II together are given two consecutive chances in one sitting immediately after passing the examination.
The candidate who is residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of the Bahauddin Zakariya University has to submit N.O.C. of the University in whose territorial jurisdiction he/she is residing.
A change of centre is not ordinarily allowed. If a candidate wants to change the Examination centre after the submission of admission from should apply on a prescribed form. This should be submitted through the officer attesting the admission form. He/She should also deposit through Habib Bank/A fee of Rs.2000/- for change of centre.
In case of candidates have submitted the admission form with late fee, the University reserves the right of allotting any centre to such candidate other than that asked by them in their admission forms.
A candidate who has lost his/her Roll Number before, the commencement of Examination can apply for a duplicate copy of the same through a well-known officer. Fee for a duplicate copy of the Roll Number is Rs. 200/- only.
Registered No. Cards are always dispatched along with Roll No.
Registered No. of Board of Secondary Education or any other University is not acceptable under rules.
Incomplete forms shall be rejected and returned directly.
Should I submit NOC certificate?
Yes, the candidate residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of the Bahauddin Zakariya University should submit N.O.C. of the University in whose territorial jurisdiction he/she is residing.

BZU generally announces its MA/MSc annual examination date sheets a month before the exams commencement, usually in December.
