Before the conduction of the annual exams of matric, the Lahore board of intermediate and secondary education fulfills its responsibilities to issue the schedule for the submission of the admission form so that the candidates can appear in the exams. It is mandatory for the students to submit the admission form otherwise they will not be registered for the matric examinations. The candidates who intend to appear in the annual exams of the 9th and 10th class are required to follow the below-mentioned procedure for the submission of the admission form.
For 9th class students

The candidates of the 9th class have to select the one category from the available options and they can easily access the admission form.

For 10th class students
Following are the categories in which the candidates can appear in the annual exams of the 10th class. After the selection of the particular category, the candidates are informed to fill the admission form carefully by mentioning the proper details.
Step 1
In the first step, the candidates have to mention the personal information that includes candidate name, father’s name, date of birth, registration number, b-form number, the mark of identification, gender, nationality, and some other details.
Step 2
In the second step the picture of the candidate should be uploaded according to the mentioned size.
Step 3
In the third step the students have to mention the details of the proposed exam area that include district, tehsil and zone. It is informed to the students to carefully decide the proposed the exam area to avoid any inconvenience.
Step 4
In the fourth step the candidates are required to enter the exam information such as the selection of the study group and subjects.
The board authorities also provide the schedule for the submission of the admission form so that the candidates can submit it accordingly. The admission form received after the due date are not entertained by the board officials so the candidates are advised to follow the provided schedule.
