What is GAT
GAT stands for Graduate Assessment Test, which the National Testing Service conducts. National Testing Service is a public-sector institute that has been providing services to maintain the standard and merit for academic and career purposes. Graduate Assessment Test(GAT) - General
The NTS GAT General test is for candidates looking to attain admission to MS/ M.Phil. degree programs. Candidates who have successfully completed 16 years of education are eligible to enroll for the GAT test. THE NTS GAT test is further divided into four test types, as mentioned in the table below.

Graduate Assessment Test(GAT) - Subject
The NTS GAT subject is used for admission to Ph.D. programs. Candidates must have 18 years of education to be able to enroll for NTS GAT general test. NTS GAT subject helps to evaluate candidates in the particular subject they look forward to. Moreover, candidates are informed that the GAT test is only valid for Two years.
