Moving ahead in this direction, ICAP is looking to induct bright and energetic individual for the following positions:

SENIOR MANAGER LEGAL
Et CORPORATE AFFAIRS - KARACHI

The Role: This position is responsible to lead and provide direction on legal matters and regulatory issues and will report to Secretary of the Institute.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise the legal matters of the Institute including maintaining liaison with legal advisors regarding smooth handling of the legal cases. Provide support in keeping effective and efficient liaison with regulatory bodies. Provide legal support and guidance to various departments on legal issues. Lead and represent the Institute and appear before Courts / concerned authorities. Oversee the drafting and legal vetting of agreements, contracts, MOUs and other legal documents. Facilitate Investigation Department on legal issues related to investigation proceeding.

Education, Experience ft Skills: The candidate should be a law graduate, preferably LLM from a well reputed law school. Possession of foreign law degree will be an added advantage. Candidate should have at least 10 years of post qualification experience including at least 5 years with a renowned law firm. Candidates having practical knowledge of corporate laws and legal affairs, strong analytical skills, good understanding of legal language, excellent drafting / communication and administrative skills will be preferred.

MANAGER LEGAL
Et CORPORATE AFFAIRS - KARACHI

The Role: This position is responsible to manage the legal matter, regulatory issue 8- will report to Executive Director Legal.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the legal matters of the Institute including co-ordination with legal advisors and dealing with the legal cases. Provide support in keeping effective and efficient liaison with regulatory bodies. Provide legal support and guidance to various departments on legal issues. Attend and deal with corporate matters of the Institute and appear before Courts / concerned authorities to deal with legal matters. Drafting and legal vetting of agreements, contracts, MOUs and other legal documents. Develop good understanding of CA laws and provide assistance to investigation department in the investigation process.

Education, Experience Et Skills: The candidate should be a Law Graduate from a well reputed law school. Candidates also possessing foreign law degree will be given preference. Minimum 5years of post-qualification experience. Candidates working in a renowned law firm or in Legal and Corporate department of a well reputed organization would be preferred. Candidates having practical knowledge of corporate laws and legal affairs, strong analytical skills, good understanding of legal language, excellent drafting/communication and administrative skills will be preferred.
