Without 3rd division in an academic career and after 18 years of education in a relevant field from an HEC recognized university or institute, 1st class LLM or equivalent degree is required. In universities and other institutes, the condition of 3rd division in educational eligibility as a lecturer will not be imposed unless the candidates have not passed the higher studies like PHd or equivalent degree with 3rd division.  
 

Instructions:

  • The candidates who want to apply for the job of professor and associate professor need to mention the details of their work, teaching experience, and research publications in the application form. They have to submit 4 copies of their research papers and other required documents along with the CV.
  • The candidates who are eligible for the above-mentioned jobs can apply without any difficulty.
  • PHd degree must be approved by HEC before the last date of application submission.
  • People working in government, semi-government, or independent institutes have to submit application forms along with NOC. Moreover, they have to submit a service certificate issued by the head of the controlling authority/institution/organization. If the certificates are not attached with the applications, then the forms will be accepted. Moreover, they will be considered incomplete.
  • Applications with incomplete information regarding educational data, job experience, etc. will not be accepted at all.
  • The age limitation for these job posts is 45 years. Age relaxation will be given in the case of highly qualified candidates and government or semi-government employees. Additionally, age relaxation will be provided for the job post of professors and associate professors.
  • The shortlisting of the candidates can be done according to the instructions provided by the university.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a test or interview. Ineligible candidates will not be informed.
  • The merit list will be announced for the selection of candidates. The candidates with required marks will be preferred.
