Accountant:

  1. Qualificatiion
    • Least B.Com
  2. Experience
    • Minimum 5 Years Accounts Experience in any FMCG organization.
  3. Job Description
    • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivable.
    • Completing bank reconciliation including verifying balances
    • Knowledge of tax matters including GST & Income Tax

Sales Executive:

  1. Qualificatiion
    • BBA/ MBA from a reputed educational institution.
  2. Experience
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales (General Trade) Function of a renowned FMCG organization.
  3. Job Description
    • The position is responsible for the achievement of territory sales targets (Primary & Secondary) by town, by brand and by SKUs.
    • Manage distribution setup & maintain effective customers relationships.
    • Would be responsible to develop and implement field sales plans of the assigned territory.
 

HR Executive:

  1. Qualificatiion
    • MBA (HR) from a reputed educational institution.
  2. Experience
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR of any reputed FMCG organization.
  3. Job Description
    • Responsible for all Administrative activities Related to HR
    • Hiring of Staff, Designing compensation and benefits packages
    • Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

Skills: Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills Good Computer Skills (MS Office)
