UMT opens admission in MS Islamic Banking & Finance

Lahore, University of Management and Technology, Institute of Islamic Banking has started Admissions Spring 2013 in MS Islamic Banking and Finance (2-Year Program).

MS Islamic Banking and Finance is planned as a pioneering educational and training program for participants to acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to win a distinguished place in the emerging global market for Islamic Banking.

The major objectives of the program are to offer knowledge and training for a career in Islamic Banking and Finance and to develop executives, specialized in Islamic Banking and Finance, for the expanding banking and financial institutions.

The Eligibility criterion is:  Sixteen years of formal education from any HEC recognized institution.

Applicants from non-relevant fields, if admitted, will be required to take deficiency removal courses.

Students are required to take three elective courses and complete the MS Thesis. Candidates can apply before February 25, 2013

Punjab University, Institute of Education & Research has started Admission Session 2013 in PGD in Montessori Teachers Training (1 Year Evening Program).

The IER Institute of Teacher Education in the country by keeping in the view the expanding system of pre-school education in the country and responding to the increasing demand of teachers from public and private sector has introduced Teachers Training Program in Montessori since 2007. Applications for next batch of students are invited. The course will comprise five avenues: Exercises of Practical Life, Sensorial Development, Mathematics, Language Development & Child Psychology through Cultural Components.

Interested candidates must have Bachelor Degree. Last Date to Apply is Feb 20, 2013 while Classes would start from Feb 28 at 3 to 5:30 p.m. (Twice a Week)
