Sindh University semester system exams from Nov 28

Karachi, Sindh University Controller of Examination (Semester) Muhammad Ali Roshan Pathan has announced that the 2nd semester regular/improver/failure examinations 2012 are going to organized from November 28 in all disciplines at institutes and departments.

According to schedule issued, admit cards would be issued till November 27 whereas the examination will commence on November 28, 2012.

Moreover, Controller of Examination, University of Sindh Jamshoro Dr Naeem Tariq Narejo has declared B. Ed (Off campus) result of annual examinations 2011.

According to declared result, a total number of 2391 candidates appeared in the examination, out of them 265 candidates declared pass in first class, 1489 passed in second class whereas a small number of just seven candidates could pass in third class.

As many as 08 candidates remained absent in the examination, 392 students declared fail and the result of 230 candidates was withheld due to various reasons.

University of Sindh Jamshoro & all its campuses will remain closed on Friday on account of 8th Muharam-ul-Haram 1434 A.H.
Mohammad Nawaz Narejo, Registrar of the University, has issued a notification as well in this regard.

At the same time, a press statement issued from Controller of Examinations (Annual) Office, said that the ongoing vice voce of M.A Final college side will remain underway in Government Degree College Kali Mori, Hyderabad on Friday as per schedule despite holiday in the varsity.

The Faculty of Education started as the first teaching department of the University in 1951-52 achieving its FACULTY status in 1989. It has provided more than 15000 trained graduate teachers to man the educational network not only in Sindh but also in other part of Pakistan.
