NTS issues GAT General Test form submission date

Islamabad, National Testing Service NTS has issued the schedule of Graduate Assessment Test GAT General for Admissions to MPhil and HEC Scholarship.

Last date for submission of application forms is March 11, 2013 and test would be held on April 07, 2013.

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has given National Testing Service (NTS) the responsibility to organize GRE type test, i.e. Graduate Assessment Test GAT-GENERAL for admissions in M.Phil and HEC scholarship schemes. There are two types of these tests: GAT-General and GAT-Subject.

The test result will remain valid for Two Years for admissions and HEC scholarship schemes.

Candidates with a minimum of sixteen years of education are eligible to appear in the test. Candidate planning to improve their previous GAT score can also apply. The candidates will have to qualify other specified criteria of the Universities / HEC schemes.

Application form and online deposit slip is available at the website www.nts.org.pk.

GAT-General measures the verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills that you have acquired over a long period of time and that may not be necessarily related to any specific field of study. It is for M.Phil  and PhD admission and HEC scholarships.

Deposit fee for GAT - General Test through online bank deposit slip in the online branches of MCB, UBL, HBL or ABL.

Attach 2 photographs at the front of this registration form. All candidates are required to provide their photographs with full face exposure.

Do not send any documents other than two photos and original bank deposit slip along with your registration form.

Applications should be submitted in NTS office on due date of submission of Registration Form. NTS will not be responsible for late receiving of application through Courier or Post etc.
