Islamabad: Microsoft, together with its employing business partner, World Vision-Pakistan, has introduced Rozgar.Work, an Employability and Entrepreneurship Platform for the youth of Pakistan.
This platform is powered by Microsoft Windows Azure Cloud, SQL, & SharePoint 2013. The Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Mr. Ahsan Iqbal participated as chief guest at the launch ceremony held in the Serena Hotel, Islamabad.
Rozgar.work platform launched by Microsoft offers the job-searchers along with end-to-end career guidance, up skilling, job-matching and mentorship.
Career guidance, up skilling, job-matching and mentorship will center on a free online hub that brings the best resources together in a courageous attempt to deal with unemployment and underemployment. Rozgar.Work is targeted at developing ‘Employability’ and ‘Business abilities’ among the youth of country.

This platform by Microsoft and its associated company also supports ‘Online Mobile Job-Matching and Search-functionality’. The ‘Commercial Resources’ zone of the platform assist in the improvement of Business abilities, whereas the ‘Networking Opportunities’ zone assist the youth in expanding their Community-based networking proficiencies.
This platform provides complete solution to the diverse requirements of the youth and also assists them in identifying the most suitable career routes. Rozgar.Work also delivers extensive On-line and Off-line training choices for various abilities, customized to particular targeted groups and market requirements.
