Lahore: The Lahore High Court on Monday has issued the notices to National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra), education secretary as well as to Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) on an appeal challenging compulsory B-Form for aspirants sitting in class 9th examinations.
Advocate Sheraz Zaka, on behalf of an aspirant, Tahir Khan, argued that aspirants were not required to take B-Form from Nadra to sit in Class 5th and 8th examinations. However, he stated, students of 9th class were required to submit their B-Form to sit in the annual exams.
The condition was purely unjust and meant just for manipulating the aspirants, he added.
Furthermore, the council asked the court to end the restriction of taking B-Form for the aspirants.
Justice Ayesha A Malik delivered the notices to Nadra, education secretary and the BISE for April 28th, 2016.
